"Felt brushed off and overcharged"
I don’t feel like this was worth what I paid. For the price, I expected a lot more, and when I brought it up, it kind of felt like my concerns were just dismissed. Disappointing overall.

The delivery was really slow, and I didn’t get clear updates along the way. On top of that, I kept having to deal with repeated verification, which got annoying quickly. By the time the order finally arrived, I’d already lost interest. Not a great experience.

I might be missing something since I didn’t go super deep into every part, but from what I went through, there just wasn’t much new for me. A few ideas were decent, but overall I didn’t feel like I learned a whole lot.

"Pretty disappointed, honestly"
Yeah, not a great experience for me. I reached out, waited... then waited some more. It took way too long to get any kind of clear answer, and after a while it felt like I was just being brushed off. Not what I thought it would be. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Decent print, but the loopholes are frustrating"
The print was okay overall, but not quite what I was hoping for. The colours looked a bit duller than I expected, and one edge came out slightly fuzzy. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not as crisp as I’d expect for the price. What annoyed me more is that their policy seems to have enough little loopholes that it’s hard to know if this even counts as an issue they’ll properly fix

I got the wrong items in my order again, the whole thing felt careless. I reached out to support, but they didn’t seem very helpful or all that concerned, which just made the experience more frustrating.

"My kid was bored quick"
I was hoping this would be something my child really enjoys, but they just didn’t got into it. It looks nice at first and I thought it will keep them busy for a while, but after a few minutes they already asked to do something else. There wasn’t much that holds their attention, so for us it kind of felt like a waste.

The communication was frustrating. I kept having to chase them for updates, and even when they replied, it was usually vague and didn’t really answer anything. It just felt like nobody was fully sure what was happening. Also, waiting around without knowing where things stand gets old fast. Not happy with the service at all.

"Not as eco-friendly as I expected"
I ordered because I thought the packaging would be more eco-friendly, but it arrived with loads of plastic and unnecessary extra wrapping. it was disappointing. It kind of makes me wonder if they talk up the eco side for marketing, but still go with whatever’s cheapest in the end.

"Looked better online than it was"
I was disappointed with this, to be honest. It looked decent in the photos, but once it arrived it just felt cheap and not really well put together. After only a little bit of use, it was already starting to show wear, which is frustrating considering the price. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it does make you wonder if the pictures are doing a lot more work than the actual product. I don’t think I’d order from bigwildthought.co.uk again

A friend actually recommended Big Wild Thought to me because they’d heard good things and I liked the whole thoughtful, eco-minded vibe they seem to have. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t really match that at all. Replies were slow, I didn’t feel like I got much help, and the whole thing came across a bit careless. Maybe it was just a one-off, but it definitely didn’t live up to the image I had in mind. I don’t think I’d use them again.

I had a feeling the checkout was going to be annoying, and sure enough, it was. I tried to finish my order and just couldn’t get through it. Pretty much confirmed what I already suspected, the checkout process needs work.

The site itself seems decent and I can see the appeal, but I found the pricing on bigwildthought.co.uk a bit unclear. I had to click around more than I expected to figure out what I’d actually be paying, and it felt like that info came a little too late in the process. Not a terrible experience, just a frustrating one for me.

I bought this as a present, but it felt super random and kind of cheap when it arrived. I was hoping it would come across better, but nope, total little disappointment. Should’ve played it safe and ordered something from another shop instead of this goofy gift fail.

i was hoping there’d be a better range, but it felt limited. a bunch of the stuff i expected to find just wasn’t there, so browsing got boring fast. it might be fine for some people, but i probably wouldn’t bother again.
